This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Paris is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.
All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare can be found in the Grandes Carrières neighborhood, in the heart of Paris. Plenty of shops, public transports, restaurants are accessible close by. The apartment is on floor 3 without lift. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils, kettle… The accommodation also contains an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, household waste tax.
All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the published photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
You don´t need to tour in-person, and here is why:
- Properties on parissharedspace.homes have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Message the host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- parissharedspace.homes makes sure the Paris Shared Space property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We vigilantly screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
Once you've found the perfect room, click "Reserve" and provide some background information - all within 5 minutes. We will get back to you within 24 hours to either accept or decline your stay. No money is charged until you are guaranteed a room.
That's the easy part! Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, we’ll be there to welcome you to your new home. We’ll help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, we’ll give you time to get settled and make yourself at home, but we're always available.
Paris Shared Space is very convenient for minimalists. Except for clothes and essentials, you don't need to bring much. It's all there. Be sure to bring your humor, spirit, and curiosity.
